Still Life
Well, I haven't had a whole lot of time to do stuff lately, mostly because I've been painting my house. The boring kind of painting: walls. BUT I did have a chance to escape and do this still life while visiting my parents. It's oil, on 8x10 canvas board.

Hey Marco... very nicely done. Great job capturing the cool reflecting in the front plane of the shade.. and very nice job doing the high contrast stuff of the brass base.
