Unwanted Visitor

I had a sketch of this guy's head lying around for about a month. Finally found the inspiration to do something with it. Tried building up colour a little more slowly this time, which made for some interesting hue shifts. It definitely felt a bit different to me, so I think I learned something worthwhile.

Based on his expression and attire he looks like a bandit disguised as a monk. Great potential in this guy as a villain. The coloes in this one are different in how you put them together, i think its more towards something more realistic. Thanks for the comments also, I actually used to love inking and I'm trying to get back to doing more of it now. Great work!

Oh I like all the red in the background! Very cool! His expression is priceless too.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! The topic for drawergeeks is cavemen, but it's due tomorrow morning, so I know that doesn't give you much time :(

Maybe let Greg know you aren't getting the mailings? I really love seeing your drawergeeks contributions :)

It looks like I, Claudius, about to brain someone with a big funerary urn. Unwanted visitor all right!

Looks -great-! And I like the Mr. Bean too.
