Memory Sketch

This was a scene that I passed by a few nights ago at a nearby park. I decided to quickly burn as much information as I could into my brain and attempt to recall the scene later on. Always a humbling excersize...I crashed and burned on my first attempt. What you see here is my second attempt, done the next night.

Thats a great exercise idea. Looks like those nights when the atmosphere is quiet and you can hear all the snow and ice falling off the trees on the ground, its loud enough to hear but not loud enough that it isnt comforting.Great results as always.

Marco - doesn't matter how many attempts it took - the result is great. Even if you were to have sat there when you did it, it's still great!

What a lovely, quiet, twilight-peaceful scene! It's beautiful, Marco. I'd be sitting in that trying to either dance in the snow or sketch in it!
